Black beans, cider vinegar, habenaro ketchup made a nice, dark and spicy pot of beans. I’ll try some on toast tomorrow morning.

Hi, John. You are very creative! I love that. I do caution you to check into botulism with these, though, as I question if there is enough acid in the recipe to keep these safe. This is ONLY a friendly recommendation, not a snarky remark. I have canned quite a bit, though never with beans, so this is based only on general canning safety knowledge. I do think they should be able to be pressure canned safely. Best wishes to you!
