I did use your other pastry recipe (for sausage rolls) using gf flour which turned out awesome. Really not sure if there is much difference between the two re holding together. Gf is always a little bit harder to handle. Think next time I will make one of each and ask my taste tester (grandson) if he finds a difference. Like I said, both are WONDERFUL.
