I’m so sorry about that, no that is not correct. This sometimes happens because of all the other text in the ingredients list and it confuses the calculator. I have recalculated it and the sodium level is now 591 (this includes the sauce) so you can omit the sauce and also not use as much salt in the meatballs. The best way to make sure the meatballs are cooked on the inside is why I suggest using a meat thermometer. Cocktail-size meatballs would also be a great idea for an appetizer.
