Kamal, I suggest you go to the east coast of England (Yorkshire, Humberside Lincolnshire areas) and try their fish & chips, which are almost always still deep fried in beef dripping, how they were originally cooked, absolutely delicious. I’m not from the east coast but North West England so I’m not touting for business, just know my fish & chips!

This is a great question. You can use non-alcoholic beer, or, if you don’t want to use beer at all a fizzy beverage like an unflavored soda or seltzer water. Enjoy.
